He smiles
inside the pit
of his stomach
it seethes
twisting
writhing
burning
the light of the moon
radiates against her skin
silently illuminating
her pain
the kiss lingers
as the moment
inevitable
passes
the intersection
of unbridled passion
awakens the dragon
within.
